Neighborhoods

Rock Barn Country Club & Spa currently has four neighborhoods with lots available for building a custom home: the Golf Villas at the Laurels, Walnut Ridge, the Oaks, and the Fairways. Lot owners may choose their own builders and floorplans, subject to approval by the architectural review board of the neighborhood home owners association.

The Golf Villas at the Laurels
The Golf Villas at the Laurels is a community offering comfortable living with yard maintenance, in a peaceful setting surrounded by hardwoods and golf course views. Just a short distance to the clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, spa, and golf courses.

Walnut Ridge
Walnut Ridge is a walkable community with trails and sidewalks, with homes designed for one-level living (some homes have a second story loft). Homes are built around a central green space. Located a short distance from the clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, spa, and golf courses.

The Fairways
Enjoy maintenance-free living in The Fairways, with yard maintenance included in the HOA. The Fairways is an established neighborhood of single family homes with views of the golf course. A few lots are still available for building a custom home with beautiful views.

The Oaks
Luxurious homes on larger lots, located in an established more private neighborhood in Rock Barn. The Oaks has public utilities instead of septic systems, and it’s own gated entrance for ease of access. Larger homesites available for building a custom home.
